Multi-item Orders
Many of the items we sell ship from different locations or can't ship together due to
chemical restrictions. This can make shipping costs in your shopping cart add up really fast as
many items have shipping applied directly to them.
Rest assured, when we pack your order, we'll try and combine as many items into as
few shipments as possible. Once your order ships, we evaluate the actual shipping and handling
costs and, where possible, refund the difference back to you!
So, go head, fill that shopping cart all the way full! We've got you covered!
Vendor Listing And How They Ship
Arbor Fabricating
Dry wash towers & resin, ArborPure media, dry wash pumps, stainless steel filters & screen, and locking drum
lids ship from here. US Postal Service and FedEx are used here and shipping notifications are
emailed to you for each order shipped.
Nebraska BioPro
Chemicals, titration kits, oil collection test kits, and large filters ship via Fed-Ex Ground.
Heaters, beaker sets, porta stirrers ship via US Postal Service

BD Calc Software is shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

Water Test Kits are shipped via UPS Ground and tracking information is emailed to the customer.
Murphys Machines
Processor Plan logins are emailed by Murphys Machines nightly. Printed plans are mailed via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
Processor Kits are shipped via freight and are coordinated directly with Murphys Machines.

Utah Biodiesel Supply
Anything not listed as shipping from another location ships directly from Utah.
Orders are typically shipped 1-2 business days from when they are placed on our site.
Orders are shipped via US Postal Service and tracking is sent to the email address provided by you at checkout.
Most orders ship using 2-3 day US Priority Mail.
Some larger items are shipped via US Postal Service Parcel Post (7-10 business days)
These items are indicated in the description and on the receipt generated at checkout.
Where We Ship
We ship orders to the shipping address supplied to us on the order. If you're using PayPal, please ensure that the
shipping address on file is accurate. We cannot be responsible for shipping to an old, outdated
address on file with PayPal. Please ensure that it's accurate!
Shipping Charges
Our shipping rates are for items shipped within the United States.
Shipping for items from Utah are calculated based on the schedule below.
Some heavier items will have shipping applied separately.
Items shipping from other vendors have shipping applied directly to them and are listed
with the item. Once items are shipped, we evaluate actual shipping & handling costs
versus what was charged and send shipping refunds where possible.
International Orders (Orders Shipping Outside Of The United States)
International shipments will require more postage than our site charges. Before we can
ship your order we need to receive the additional amount to cover shipping.
Any international orders with a total over $50.00 are also subject to a
$5.00 International Paperwork and Transport Fee.
These orders can only be shipped by taking them directly to our
shipping carrier and require a fair amount of time and paperwork to complete.
Please send an email to info@utahbiodieselsupply.com
with a request for the additional amount for shipping. We will email you back with the different shipping
options available to you along with the cost for each option.
Once you select your preferred shipping option, you can pay the additional required shipping
required through our international shipping page.
If we don't hear from you within 2 weeks of placing your order,
we will cancel your order and charge a $5.00 restocking fee.
Customs, GST, VAT, & Brokerage Fees
When shipping internationally, each country charges set amounts for customs and taxes to bring things into
each country. These costs are the customers responsibility to pay.
We typically ship using US Mail, UPS and Fed-Ex. Here's how each group handles these fees.
US Mail:
Customs is collected by your local postal agency before the package is released to you.
UPS/Fed-Ex:
These carriers may deliver your items to you but then may send you a bill for any taxes and customs fees.
Typically it's just a few dollars, but in the case of chemicals it may be more. Utah Biodiesel Supply
is not responsible for paying these charges. If our carriers notify us that these charges have not been paid,
we may contact you to notify you to get them paid. If they continue to not be paid, we will have each carrier
utilize their collection agencies to collect these fees. In some cases, the local country revenue service may
be involved. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL THESE FEES ARE PAID TO AVOID ANY COLLECTION FEES ON YOUR END.

Please include the items you'd like to purchase as part of your order so that we can
estimate the shipping accurately. Please note that our quotes do not include any customs or taxes in your local
country. Those are beyond our control and are set by each individual country.
Returns Shipping
In order to keep our prices low, we will cover shipping charges to send replacement items to you
but we don't cover the shipping charges for you to send a defective item back to us.
Shipping Material
We seek to be an environmentally concious company.
We pack all of our boxes with recycled packing material whenever possible.
This may include newspaper, kraft paper, and generic brown packing paper.
Our boxes and envelopes are also made from recycled material whenever possible.
So, not only do you get great products but you receive them in recycled products as well.
You may even get to read the local Utah news while unpacking your product!
