Black Steel Elbows | BACK TO TOP  Description: As you build your processor, you'll definately need a few of these! With varying shapes and sizes, these 90 ° elbows help to make the turns needed. Made of black steel, they're 100% compatible for biodiesel processors or wash tanks. We've used each of these on our own processors we build and they work great! 3/4" Cross & 3/4" 45° Elbow | BACK TO TOP  Description: These two fittings are incredibly versitile in building a biodiesel processor. The cross can be used to bring four 3/4" fittings together. Add in a few of our bushings and you can add all sorts of fittings together. Several of the popular Appleseed Biodiesel Processor designs commonly use 3/4" crosses. Definately a versatile fitting! The 45° 3/4" fitting is also used throughout several common designs. Used where a 45° angle is needed anywhere
in a processor. We used these in
a large processor we built with great success and find them incredibly versatile.
Made of Black Steel and completely compatible with Biodiesel, Methanol, and Catalysts used in Biodiesel Production.
3/4" Black Steel Union | BACK TO TOP   Description: These unions are made of black steel and fit between pipes where it's difficult to tighten both sides. Commonly used to plumb our processor pump to the rest of the processor, they also make the perfect accessory for being able to take apart processor joints without too much trouble. With a copper insert, they seal up nicely once tightened. Be sure to pick up some of our teflon tape to seal pipes going into either side of the union. 3/4" Black Steel Pipes | BACK TO TOP  Description: These pipes are 4 of the most common sizes used to build biodiesel processors & wash tanks with. Made from "Black Steel", they are sturdy, can hold up to pressure, and work great for use in both processors and wash tanks. They connect well to our other plumbing fittings and hold up well over time. And, unlike galvanized pipes, these pipes don't react with Biodiesel, Methanol, or the Catalysts used which means they'll help to produce great quality biodiesel. Plumbing Connectors | BACK TO TOP  Description: These fittings are just the thing for connecting two plumbing fittings together, especially when space is a premium. Used commonly on the Appleseed Style Biodiesel Processors, they work perfectly for tying everything together. These can connect ball valves to check valves to tee's or to any other plumbing fitting. Made of Black Steel and completely compatible with Biodiesel, Methanol, and Catalysts used in Biodiesel Production. Be sure to pick up some of our teflon tape to seal these connectors with. Plumbing Tee's | BACK TO TOP  Description: These Black Steel Tee's are perfect for connecting 3 pipes together. These are used throughout the plumbing set up on the Appleseed Style Biodiesel Processors. They can be placed anywhere you need to bring three pipes together. As with our other plumbing fittings, these are completely compatible with Biodiesel, Methanol, and Catalysts used in Biodiesel Production. Bushings | BACK TO TOP  Description: These bushings allow you to convert from one size of thread to another very easily. We carry the most common sizes used on the Appleseed Style Biodiesel Processors. They allow you to quickly connect two different sized fittings together. Made of Black Steel and completely compatible with Biodiesel, Methanol, and Catalysts used in Biodiesel Production. Be sure to pick up some of our teflon tape to seal these connectors with. 1/2" to 1 1/4" Hose Clamps | BACK TO TOP  Description: These stainless steel gear clamps are perfect for clamping poly hose to carboys, processors, hose barbs, wash tanks, and any other connection where a clamp is needed. Because they're made from Stainless Steel, they won't corrode either and will give years of service.
