Build The Ultimate Oil Collection Pump With Our Gear Pump Motor Mount!
Check out this sweet motor mount! We've taken a 1" solid plate of aluminum, milled it down
to bolt perfectly to a
3 HP Harbor Freight gas powered motor
and then mounted 4 heavy duty bolts to it that perfectly fit the bolt patterns on one of our awesome Monster Gear Pump Heads!
Heavy Duty All The Way Through!
When we were designing the mount, we decided to build it as tough as we could. We start out with a massive 1" solid piece of aluminum.
It's then milled perfectly to fit the bolt patterns on both the gas motor and the gear pump heads. Heavy duty pump head bolts are then
added and locked into place. In addition to this we supply heavy duty engine mounting bolts and nuts for securing the pump head.
In addition to the motor mount and fittings, we went all out and sourced a really heavy duty flexible shaft coupler to
connect the two shafts together. We then go the extra mile and honed out the engine shaft side of the coupler to ensure a perfect
fit on the Harbor Freight 3 HP gas engine! This ensures a quick & simple installation that's ready to take practically anything you can
throw at it!
Mounting The Pump Head Is A Cinch!
Simply bolt the massive solid aluminum mount to your gas engine. Mount the shaft connector to the engine shaft. Install the other side
to any of our Monster Gear Pump Head shafts. Slide the pump head onto the motor mount bolts. Install the included securing nuts. Lock the shaft
connectors to the shafts and you're ready to go!
So, How Well Does It Perform? INCREDIBLY WELL!!!
If you thought powering a Monster Gear Pump Head
with an electric motor was sweet, wait until you see the massive power that a full 3 Horse Power
gasoline motor can give it! You'll be absolutely blown away at how well it works! It takes an already
incredible french fry eating pump head and makes it even better! French fries? No problem!! Dirt & grime? Watch it fly!

When using this incredibly powerful setup, you and others watching it run may develop spontaneous grins, give high fives
all around, or break out into hysterical fits of laughter when you see how well it works!
Oh yeah....and hold on to the other side of the hose, it'll kick out a serious stream of oil!
In the testing we did with it, our test group couldn't get over how well it worked and kept looking for opportunities to try it out.
We'd get calls from them like, "Did you know you can suck up chicken bones with this thing?" (not that we recommend doing that...but yes, it
sucked them up, crushed them, and spit them out the other side like a meat grinder) or
"You oughta see what this thing does to french fries! It eats everything in sight!". It not only sucked up all the oil, but all of the grunge
in the bottom of the barrels that they were collecting from too--something typically difficult for other pumps to handle. They absolutely loved it!
Also, we're not exactly sure how much faster adding the gas motor makes the flow rate,
but lets just say it definitely kicks it up a notch!
In otherwords, when you build one, you'll have one incredible lean, mean, oil sucking machine on your hands and will be able to
transfer oil like a pro!
