800, 600, 400 or 177 Micron Stainless Steel Tote Filters

These filters are awesome! They're made from heavy duty 304 stainless steel filter mesh and fit perfectly into poly totes! Now you can easily filter from 800 microns to 177 microns as you move liquids into or out of a tote!

Being made from 304 grade stainless steel means they'll withstand pretty much anything you can throw at them. Waste vegetable oil, motor oil, hydraulic fluid, transmission fluid, biodiesel, glycerin, diesel fuel, gasoline, solvents, even water and paint can easily be filtered with these great filters!.

The Filters Are A Perfect Fit!

The filters are 34" long and 5" wide and feature a 6" flange that keeps them suspended in a tote opening. They slide right in and will stay in place making it easy to dump dirty oil down the barrel & filter away!

Integrated Handle Makes For Fast Removal

One of the cool features about these filters is the integrated removable handle. It easily snaps into place and lays flat on the filter flange keeping it out of the way until it's needed. When you're ready to remove it, simply grab the handle & you can easily get the filter up & out of the tote!

Got some really nasty oil to filter? These filters practically dare you to use them! Once you're done filtering, clean up is a cinch! Grab the integrated handle, pull it out, spray them off with hot water and they're ready for more action! Heck, you can even throw them in a dishwasher or spray them off with a power sprayer and they're as good as new!

Allows Most Tote Caps To Still Fit

The filter doesn't allow for an air-tight seal between the cap and the tote, but it does allow for threading the cap down. We've noted that not all tote caps will still screw on with a stainless tote filter in place, but most will. We may soon offer customized tote caps that are guaranteed to fit with tote filters in place as well. If you're interested, contact us and we can notify you when they become available.

Works With Drums Too!
These tote filters also can be placed in open top drum of oil as well! Simply place the filter down into the barrel, insert your pick up wand down into the center of the filter, and turn the pump on and now all the oil going into the pump is filtered! Pretty cool! This way you can use it to keep the gunk out of your collection pump but have a large enough filter that it doesn't keep plugging up.
