We pulled out all the stops with these filters by adding four heavy duty steel supports to keep the filter supported
in the top of the drum. The supports are oversized and stick out past the edge of the drum making filter removal extremely
easy! Just grab a filter support & pull up.

Unlike poly filters, these filters can handle extremely hot liquids! As we all know, the hotter you can get the oil, the
easier and faster it will filter. With traditional poly filters, get much over 160 deg. F
and you may end up melting them. However, these stainless steel filters can easily take the heat--THEY'RE METAL!!!
Yes. That means you can actually filter oil right out of the deep fryers! So go ahead, heat that oil as hot as you
can get it and pour it through the filter. It's ready for it!
