Made From Heavy Duty Stainless Steel 1/4" Mesh These stainless bucket strainers are great for getting the big stuff out of the oil! They're made using a 1/4" stainless steel strainer material welded to a stainless steel support ring at the top.

Filters The Thick Stuff! We originally designed this cool filter for use in restaurants for cooks to scrape the gunk out of fryers into. The strainer catches all the big stuff like french fries, chicken wings, or other chunks of fried food but lets the oil drip right through. The oil collector we built it for loved it because it kept the really nasty stuff out of his waste oil barrels and the cooks loved it because it doesn't plug up!
