We've teamed up with Arbor Biofuels Company to bring you this
exclusive dry wash tower kit. It's perfectly sized for various types of dry wash resins available and is a great way to build an inexpensive
yet extremely durable Biodiesel Dry Wash Column. Designed by the dry wash experts at
Arbor Biofuels Company,
this kit is built to last. All the parts are laser/water cut and sized perfectly for dry washing!
The kit comes with an extremely durable all metal base made from hot rolled steel. An upper flange is all ready to mount to a
6" tube, silicone rubber seals and super durable bolts. A 3/4" fitting is welded to the top flange and base for
easily connecting 3/4" pipe fittings. The kit can also be purchased with a 6" x 48" carbon steel tube as well.
In the base of the kit is a stainless steel 80 Mesh (177 Micron) screen that's welded securely in place. This is perfect
for use with Amberlite, Purolite, Thermax, or any other common dry wash resin.
The kit may be purchased with several options. These include as a kit only, a kit plus a steel tube, and with or without resin.
Simply weld everything together, pressure test the vessel, and you're set to go!
Assembling The Tower
The kit comes with full instructions for putting it together and will walk you through each step to ensure the tower
you build will give you years of service. Simply prep the fittings, mark everything to level,
weld everything together, pressure test the vessel, check for leaks, and do any finish work and you're ready to go!
What Kind Of Pump Should I Use?
We recommend using our Dry Wash Adjustable Metering Pump for use with this tower.
With the ability to adjust the output flow up to nearly 10 GPH, it's a perfect combination!

Once completed, the tower can be cleaned and powder coated to
any color you desire giving you years of service.

After the tower is complete, it can be put into service as seen in the example below
of a typical dry wash setup using a lead & lag tower setup.

Testing For Soap
Remember, dry washing isn't effective if soap levels aren't measured. We recommend testing for soap content before and after
dry washing to identify if all the soap has been removed. Check out this great tutorial video that will walk you
