Description:
The folks over at Omaha Biodiesel have come up with a revolutionary tool to track all of your Biodiesel production. The tool, a software package, installs on your computer and easily allows you to track various parts of your Biodiesel production. It installs on most Windows based PC's.

The program was written specifically to make Biodiesel easy! It allows you to calculate your titration, calculates the amount of catalyst you'll need, how much methanol to use, and is easily adjustable for various styles of equipment. It even includes the ability to track scale settings making it easy to measure out large amounts of catalyst!

Additionally, the program will help you keep track of every batch you make so you can easily see how much it's saving you to produce your own Biodiesel. It also includes several great reports that sort all of your data entered into meaningful information such as the average cost per gallon, cost per gram of catalyst, and other meaningful figures.

The lids can be pad-locked via a chain to the barrel or other stationary object but a lock isn't necessary to secure the lid to the barrel. We think they look great and should easily give you years of service. Your collection facilities will love them too because of how easy they are to use! They also work great for attaching to a glycerin storage barrel.

The lids are manufactured by TT&B Enterprises, LLC in North Western Ohio and ship directly from their factory. They ship out via UPS and usually take about 3-5 business day's to arrive. Padlock & chain are not included.

1,000 Watt Bucket Heater | BACK TO TOP

Description:
This handy 1000 Watt heater is great for heating up waste vegetable oil! Its incredibly handy when you're getting ready to filter oil in preparation for processing. Add an inverter and it can be used to melt oil into liquid when collecting on site. This item is also helpful when settling water out of oil as it can heat the oil past 150° F and on up toward boiling depending on the volume and the container's insulation. It's a bit too big to fit into the bung on 55 gallon barrels. Ships from Lincoln, Nebraska within 1-2 business days.
