Instead of having to draw water from a standing barrel of water for the wash cycle,
your BioPro can now be directly connected to a pressurized water source.
The kit works on any BioPro 150 or BioPro 190 produced after January 1, 2007.
It comes complete with a new water in pump, an electronically controlled water flow solenoid, and
a water pressure regulator assembly that can easily attach to any standard outdoor water faucet.

It's Backwards Compatible!
When installed, your BioPro will still be able to draw water from a standing drum of water.
Just unhook the water in line from the pressure regulator and place it back into a standing drum of water.
The BioPro will simply draw water from the drum just like it did before the kit was installed.
How It Works
When properly installed, the BioPro will draw it's water from a pressurized water source when it washes the Biodiesel
instead of drawing from a standing drum of water. The pressure regulator, when set properly,
will help keep the water pressure set to just the right amount for the pump to draw it in and spray it onto the Biodiesel
resulting in the same high quality wash cycle as drawing from a drum.
Installing The Kit
To install the kit, simply attach the pressure regulator assembly to a water source, insert the water in tube into the
quick connect fitting, open the top of the BioPro up, swap out the old pump with the new one, and you're all set!
You can easily install the kit in under an hour and be up & running with pressurized water in no time! Detailed instructions
for installing the kit are included and Springboard Biodiesel even has a step by step guide including pictures on their website
that walks you through exactly how to install this great kit.
