This drum heater is great for dewatering oil before its put in the BioPro.
The heater pad is made of heavy duty silicone with a commercial grade 1200 watt heating element embedded.
It has an adjustable thermostat that can deliver up to 425° F right to the side of a metal drum!

This pump makes easy work of moving oil around in the shop and into the processor. At 25 GPM, it'll load
a BioPro 190 in under 5 minutes! It's what we personally use to
load our BioPro 190 with.
It has a 25 Gallon per minute pump head connected to a heavy duty inverter rated thermally protected 120 volt motor. The unit includes a built in
switch and heavy duty 2.5 foot power cord. It can even be powered with a 1500/2000 watt inverter!
The pump is also available with a 30 Foot 1.25" heavy duty hose kit with quick connect fittings

These heavy duty oil collection drum lids attach to the lip of 23" open top drums.
Slip a padlock through the locking bolt and your oil is safe & secure!
The hefty oil dump pan in the center of the lid with a filtering grill allows restaurants to quickly dump their oil & get back to work.
Available as an option, you can also add a lockable 2" access port for quick oil removal without
even removing the lid. The lid is powder coated in black, holds up extremely well even in rough environments, and is easy to clean!

- Measure Water Levels In Oil & Biodiesel Like A Pro!
Water is the absolute biggest killer to Biodiesel reactions. Too much will stop a reaction in it's tracks.
We highly recommend getting this test kit and using it to ensure your oil is free of water before
processing it into Biodiesel. You'll also be able to use this handy kit to measure finished Biodiesel water levels
as well.
We recommend no more than 1500 PPM (0.15%) free water in oil and no more than 500 ppm (0.05%) water in finished
Biodiesel. With accuracy clear down to 50 PPM (0.005%), this deluxe water test kit is perfect! It's one of the preferred
testing devices by commercial Biodiesel plants & small producers alike!

- Know If Oil Will Work In Your BioPro Fast!
 
Before you commit to an oil source, test the oil with one of these great BioPro Go/No Go Tests! They work extremely fast and are easy to use.
Simply drop 1 mL of oil into the test vial, shake, and watch for a color change.
If it passes, the free fatty acid is low enough to work in a BioPro! The tests are set at 5% FFA content
(the recommended limit for the BioPro automated cycle) and beats the heck out of having to titrate.

- Check Your Biodiesel For Full Conversion!
 
This simple, easy to perform test will let you see if your reaction went to full completion.
Known as the 27/3 Biodiesel Conversion Test, it's become the de-facto test
to perform every time you make Biodiesel. It lets you know if you actually made well converted Biodiesel.
This test should be performed every time you make a batch just before you remove the glycerin. If it doesn't pass, you can
re-react the batch before it gets washed (a major bonus!). The vials and syringes are reusable and simple to use.
We do this test on every batch we make & recommend you do to.

- Check Washed Biodiesel To See If All The Soap Is Removed
When Biodiesel is made, soap is produced as a by-product. Biodiesel is then washed either with water or a dry wash system to remove
excess soaps. Soap is the major cause of plugged fuel filters and, if left in the fuel, can cause deposits on fuel injectors and
inside engines.
By measuring soap levels in Biodiesel, you'll be able to identify if the soap has been sufficiently removed. Our deluxe soap test kit
has everything you'll need to get started performing this important test and includes a great set of instructions too!

- Perfect For Getting KOH Flakes Into Your BioPro 190!
If you're using Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) with your BioPro 190, then this is a must have item!
This catalyst plunger makes adding KOH so much easier. We designed it to be just slightly smaller than the
catalyst opening on a BioPro 190 so that it would effectively push all of the KOH catalyst into the methoxide tank.
It's made of solid PVC and will hold up to the catalyst extremely well! After using one with our BioPro,
we're hooked and sure you'll enjoy it just as much as we do!

BioPro Catalyst (NaOH or KOH) will absorb moisture extremely quickly if left in the open air,
which then reduces it's potency.
By sealing your catalyst with a SealPro lid, you'll ensure that it stays air tight. Simply snap the patented ring onto any standard size bucket
or pail and spin on the removable lid.
The SealPro lid has a double gasket system, one on the ring and another on the threaded lid, ensuring an air tight fit.
With it's twistable top and seal it allows you to easily access the contents within the bucket and quickly seal it
back up keeping moisture and contaminants out.

They're made from heavy duty HDPE which means they hold up extremely well and they're completely chemical resistant.
We've used them to store sulfuric acid in, transfer glycerin around, pre-mix methoxide, store Biodiesel in, and even store

either directly at the water tap or at the end of a garden hose. Simply place it before the pressure regulator
