We offer several kits that offer you several easy ways to get started making Biodiesel.
Biodiesel Processor Kit
Description:
This kit is the famed Appleseed style kit. Because of it's simplicity to build and operated, the Applessed style Biodiesel processors are incredibly
popular. Whole websites, forums, and clubs have been based around these great units. We've put together a kit based around this design that allows
you to build your own Biodiesel processor based on a common electric water heater. With just a little time and elbow grease you can be up & making biodiesel
in no time! Our kit includes all of the fittings, pumps, valves, and items needed to build a complete procoessor.
All you supply is a water heater and the plumbing to vent the relief valve and tank to the outside.

Biodiesel Wash Tank Kit
 
Description:
This kit allows you to build a Biodiesel Wash Tank from a 55 gallon poly barrel. We were one of the first to create wash tanks from 55 gallon poly drums
and it's continued to shine. It's based on the open source stand-pipe wash tank design but uses a poly barrel, heater, and misters to make it
simple and easy to use.
The kit comes with all the plumbing fittings needed to build a wash tank, including the plans to build it with.
All you supply is a barrel, some wood, some screws, and wheels.

Titration Kits
Description:
We assembled three of the simplest and most complete titration kits on the market. They come with
everything you need to titrate oil as you prepare to make Biodiesel plus lots of added features. For instance, on the two larger
kits we include a small bag of catalyst that allows you to create your titrating solution. We also include heavy duty gloves for your safety
and containers that are easy to use. We also have put together an extremely inexpensive bare-bones titration kit with just the bare necessities.
From our basic kit to our deluxe kit, you'll be ready for any oil that comes your way!

Go/No Go Kit
 
Description:
This handy kit can be used to quickly identify if your feedstock is high in Free Fatty Acids (FFA). Ideally, when you search for
oil to make biodiesel out of, you want your feedstock (the oil you use) to be as low as possible in free fatty acids.
Typically this is measured by doing a common Biodiesel titration. This handy kit allows you to quickly check to see if it's "too high".
Set at 5% FFA's, this kit can allow you to do quick titrations on the go. It even comes with instructions for adjusting what
level of FFA it indicates at. For example, an FFA of 5% will titrate at about 9 when following our titration instructions..

Portable Water Test Kit
Description:
This kit is incredible handy to have around when making Biodiesel. It allows you to quickly and accurately measure the water content
in your feedstock oil (waste vegetable oil) to identify if it's still too wet to use. It can also be used to test your finished
biodiesel to see if it's dry enough to use in a diesel engine. We ran across this handy kit when we visited a Biodiesel factory and
just had to have one. Our customers have raved about how simple and easy they are to use too. It's an incredibly popular item and
is a great tool to use as you produce Biodiesel.

Biodiesel Conversion Test Kit
Description:
After you've reacted your biodiesel, it's always nice to know how well the reaction went. With this handy kit, now you can! It's based
off of the principle that well reacted Biodiesel will fully dissolve into methanol. Commonly called the 3/27 or methanol conversion test,
this handy kit will give you the right lab equipment needed to check for complete reactions. When properly followed, you can ensure
that youre biodiesel was produced right.
We were so impressed by this test that we created a video and a photo gallery just to show how easy it is to perform. We highly recommend
having this kit as part of your Biodiesel testing equipment. It's quick, simple, and incredibly easy to use.

Biodiesel Soap Test Kit
Description:
Soap is one of the by-products that gets produced when making Biodiesel; the goal is to keep the soap production to a minimum.
Now you can monitor the soap levels in your Biodiesel as well as check your finished Biodiesel to see if all of the soap has been
properly removed. This kit is a must have if you plan on dry washing with dry wash media as it will let you know quickly how well
they're working and if they've removed all that pesky soap!

Methanol Purity Test Kit
Description:
Using pure methanol is key to getting good Biodiesel reactions. If it's wet or contaminated, the methanol won't react right
resulting in poorly converted Biodiesel. We've assembled this simple to use but extremely accurate test kit that allows methanol
to be tested to ensure it's pure enough for making great Biodiesel. If you recover methanol or if you're just interested in making
sure your methanol is pure, then pick one of these up & know for sure!
