Since 2003, Lyle has been making all of his own fuel for his car and home heating stove. He also gave many founders of Biodiesel companies their first start in making Biodiesel and got them off on the right foot. He's passionate about Biodiesel and the need for renewable energy, and has done presentations on this topic for many community organizations, conferences, and K12 students. With a background in education, time spent as a research scientist, and a degree in Biology, Lyle is uniquely qualified to teach Biodiesel like no other.
