Dry Wash With The ArborPure Dry Wash Tower!

Description:
ArborPure is a premium cellulose media that has been shown do to extremely well when cleansing Biodiesel of it's impurities, it also requires special design considerations of the tower that it's used in.

Similar in size to our Ion Exchange Dry Wash Towers, this tower is ideally sized for dry washing Biodiesel. What sets it apart from the other towers though is the ingenious plunger design that allows ArborPure to be added and removed from the tower with minimal down time.

Also like our other towers, the ArborPure tower is sized perfectly to give you years of reliable service when using ArborPure. It's made of high strength laser/water cut carbon steel, powder coated in yellow and comes with the handy loading/unloading Plunger.

Over 97% Drop In Measurable Soap Levels!

In tests performed by Arbor, soap levels were significantly reduced by running Biodiesel through ArborPure. Measurable soap levels went from 1875 PPM of soap down to 45 PPM of soap. That's a drop of over 97%

Simple To Use!
The ArborPure tower is extremley easy to use! Place 8 lbs of ArborPure into the tower, prep the media, use, empty, and reload!

How Long It Will Last If starting soap levels are at 1,000 PPM or below before going through ArborPure, 8 lbs of ArborPure in the tower will treat up to 200 gallons. A 30 lb bag will treat roughly 750 gallons.

Instead of paying out thousands of dollars for towers that are designed for commercial installations, our tower is actually affordable. That means that more of your money can go to producing the Biodiesel instead of paying too much for equipment that wasn't designed for the unique needs of small scale production.

All-Metal Construction

Unlike some of the competition, these towers are built to handle dry washing right! Instead of using PVC or poly components which are prone to cracking and splitting when dry washing, these towers are made of high strength steel. Even the resin support is an all-metal design.

Full Flowing
These towers allow the Biodiesel to fully flow through all of the ArborPure media. This means that your ArborPure will last longer and wash your Biodiesel better because this design will allow full use of 100% of the ArborPure media.

Superior Media Support System

The media support system built into each of these towers is far superior to others on the market. Instead of using a single fine mesh screen placed at the bottom, Arbor placed the media support system above the very bottom of the tower. This allows the Biodiesel to fully flow through all of the media instead of tunneling like in other designs on the market.

Additionally, unique to these towers is the support system itself. Instead of having just a single mesh screen, this design utilizes two screens positioned at just the right angle welded inside a high strength media support system. This unique design allows for better flowing of the Biodiesel as well as better filtering capabilities to keep the media contained in the tower.

Media Plunger System
Unique to this design is the addition of the media plunger. It contains 2 support grids each with filtration media between the filtration screens. This not only means easier insertion and removal of the ArborPure media, but it also increases the towers ability to filter the Biodiesel better as well.

Modular Design

The ArborPure tower was designed with growth in mind. As your Biodiesel operation grows, so can your dry wash system! By building towers that can be combined together, you can quickly add additional dry washing capacity to your Biodiesel operation. Simply add another tower to the setup and you're good to go!

Another benefit of this unique tower is that it can be used with multiple dry wash media. Want to use Amberlite, Purolite, Thermax, or other dry wash media? No Problem! Because this tower was designed from scratch to handle multiple types of media, switching from one type of dry wash media to another is as simple as swapping out one media type for another and your all set. It really is that easy!
